Poor Shipping Standards

The product came in a silver insulation bag. There was an ice pack in the bag...it had obviously never been frozen. The bottle of Slim Biotic was HOT to the touch. I haven't opened it and want to return it. This is the second time to have shipping concerns about this product. I want my money refunded and will not be ordering again.
