This delicious, chocolatey mint bar provides a generous 14 grams of dietary fiber. It features Fibersol®-2, a digestion-resistant, soluble dietary fiber that promotes intestinal regularity. In addition, it contains inulin and isomalto-oligosaccharides, prebiotic fibers that support a healthy gut microbiome. SLIM Mint Bars with Fiber contain no fructose or sucrose. They are sweetened with the health-promoting polyols erythritol and maltitol syrup, along with the natural herb stevia. The combination of fiber and polyols yields only 2 net carbs per bar, making this an ideal low-glycemic, high-fiber snack.
